Thank you for shopping with DIOEY. We aim to deliver your order promptly and ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our shipping, returns, and refund terms for all customers.

 


📦 SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)

  • All countries in the European Union

  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at support@dioey.com.

 


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holiday sales), processing may take longer.

 


3. Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping for orders over $50

  • Flat rate shipping: $4.99 or equivalent for orders under the free threshold

  • Express shipping options available at checkout (fees vary by region)

 


5. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

 


🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • You provide proof of purchase

Items marked Final Sale, Gift Cards, Perishables, or Custom-made products are non-refundable.

 


2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@dioey.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days.

 


3. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

 


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. It may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your bank/payment provider.

 


📝 EU/EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you reside in the European Union or EEA:

  • You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, email us at support@dioey.com or use our Withdrawal Form within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
